There IS a separate cash shop team from the game itself. He doesn't LIKE cash shops, but he's definitely the one who approves/finalizes it. I don't know where people get the idea he doesn't manage the cash shop. wonder why that one was put in mogstation hmmmmm)
The model quality and texture resolution is quite a bit better than the Frontier set. Theres a lot this game can and should do but instead they are getting comfy with keeping things exactly the same every year adding the better items to mog (one of the casual outfits recently came out on mog at the same time as the Frontier dress set. I really want them to make a monthly glamour item put in random content (especially older under run content, like prior expansion maps) to give a reward to monthly sub costs between updates (not glam exclusive to subbed people that month obviously, you should be allowed breaks snd come back to lots of grindables). The closest to a proper event we get is the moogle tomestone one, but that doesnt really give new stuff, just alternative method of grinding for select existing items. I cant be the only one wishing events were more interactive and long standing. Usually takes 10-30m to do with a (imo) snooze story often times. They havent created new ones iether in ages, its just standard events rerunning in name with new rewards(or no rewards) and that is it. Not really what I meant, and the last couple have been slightly better Ill admit, but there were less of them with less rewards for a while.
